Here’s the update from Ipswich Basketball 🏀

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CONTACT TRACING ** In accordance with health advice, any person who has visited affected locations identified by Queensland Health’s contact tracing information page SHOULD NOT ATTEND organised sport, active recreation or fitness activities until further information on the situation comes to hand.

It is important that we all get this message out to our participants to try to limit the spread as much as possible.

Please review the below locations and if you can identify that you have been to these locations please do not attend JBS Arena until further notice.

🏀 1 SPECTATOR PER PLAYER – this is due to our government restrictions on numbers. Scores are included in this number.

🚫 No BASKETBALLS allowed for games.

🏀 Only come to JBS Stadium 10 minutes before your designated game time.

‼️‼️ Temperature checking will take place for every one attending JBS Arena.

🏀 You must Sign In and Sign on arrival. Attached is the QR code which you can use prior to attending your game. This MUST be shown on entry. IF YOU REFUSE TO COMPLETE YOU WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY.

📲 If you have a phone that is NOT an Iphone, we suggest downloading a QR code scanner prior to arrival to avoid any delays.
🏀 There are various sanitisation stations located throughout the Arena.

‼️ NO CASH – Only eftpos, canteen will only be opened for drinks and packaged food – no cooked food.

🚫 The front car park will not be available for parking as it will be an overflow for spectators to gathering while social distancing.

⏰ Ensure you are on time as the front doors will close once games commence.

‼️ No High fives – NO HUGGING

🖐Make sure you sign in, sanitise your hands regularly, social distant and follow all signage and information inside the venue.

💯Our members, staff, officials and spectators health and safety is our top priority so please ensure you follow these instructions. Please remember these are government restrictions and must be adhered too.
